During our 2026 Distributor Advisory Board (DAB) meeting, held September 28–October 1, distributors from North America and Australia joined the Ralston team in Newbury, Ohio, to share feedback, exchange ideas, and help drive innovation.

DAB members contribute valuable industry knowledge and perspectives from their regions.
Members attending this year’s meeting included:

We were pleased to welcome Sonja Bosshard and Brandon Stone as new members of the board.
Ralston also recognized Chris Shoub, Josh Hogan, and Fernando Angelini for three years of service on the Distributor Advisory Board. We appreciate their time, experience, and contributions.

Learning from Our Distributor Partners
Board members shared insights into the different markets they serve, the challenges they face, and opportunities for improvement in new product development, product quality, technical support, and distributor resources.
They also visited Ralston’s new training facility, designed to support hands-on demonstrations, product education, and technical training. Their input will help guide future training opportunities for the distributor network.

Building Relationships Beyond the Meeting
The week also included time to connect outside the meeting room, with shared meals at local restaurants, including Cleveland’s historic Marble Room, and a visit to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
